    Sertoff stood in the center of the Othesis castle courtyard and began blasting off shots. The merchants and local villagers screamed in a panic and raced towards the castle gates to escape. The drawbridge fell as if someone had cut the heavy chains used to maneuver it.
    The guards on the other side of the drawbridge ran quickly to Andrews, they told the barkeep of what they had witnessed. Andrew dispatched his two young wards.
    Sertoff continued shooting until every moving body laid still on the ground. He spared no one. Not woman nor child.
    Then he pulled his sword, it began to glow. the light was so bright it would temporarily blind anyone who glanced at it. He walked into the castle’s main hallway and cut through the oncoming force like they were butter.
    Daemon teleported into the center of the Othesis Courtyard. He glanced at the carnage. Bloody footprints lead straight to the castle’s main entrance. Daemon glanced inside the main hallway but he could not get past the mass of dead bodies piled on top of each other.
Daemon walked to the kitchen entrance. The kitchen staff was unaware anything was going on, in the middle of lunch preparation. Daemon walked past them and didn’t disturb their work.
    Sertoff walked the hallways of the castle killing one by one every person who came into contact with him. A glazed over look in his eyes was proof he didn’t care either. Watching them fall one by one, he walked from room to room.
    Servant girls went screaming to warn others and were shot in the back.
    Daemon heard the screams and ran in the direction. Then he stood at the end of the hallway, watching the last servant girl fall to the ground.
    There was no obstacle between the two long time friends.
