Daemon appeared in the front courtyard of Kilji’s Castle. He was taken aback by the surroundings. Sertoff could port through space now? He felt slightly uneasy of the power growing within his old friend.
Casandra rushed out of the castle to see him.
“Sertoff ported me here.” Daemon’s pendant glowed.
“What?” Casandra was confused.
“What happened? What is the report?”
Cas let out a quick breath, “Sertoffs marriage to Jasylin was annulled. Jasylin was put in charge of the Triblican Army. NOT You or Me. Also the mission is dissolved.”
“This doesn’t make sense.” Daemons pendant glowed.
“No it doesn’t.” Casandra agreed.
“Has Razus Kilji recovered yet?”
Casandras face immediately changed to concern, “Funny you should ask that.”
Daemon waited for an explanation.
“I went to check on him, and he had already made a full recovery.”
“Interesting.” Daemons pendant glowed and he walked inside.
