“Okay.” he stood up holding me in front of him, “Lets just get all of this out of the way right now.” He walked out of the door towards Katies, “We’ll get an unbiased opinion. Katie.”
I shrugged and followed.
He walked up the stairs to a secluded room, then down a set of stairs to Katies office, lightly knocking he said softly, “Katie, we need you to settle a bet.”
Katie opened the door, her gold flash clothes set me off. “Oh, I would hate to see a bet between you two?” she crossed her arms as she leaned against the door frame, her red nails glinting from the lamp light. “Well don’t stand there, come on in.” she kicked the door the rest of the way open. She shimmied to her desk and stood behind it motioning for us to sit in the chairs in front the desk. “So what is it?”
“Actually it’s better if I show you.” Sertoff let go of my hand and walked behind her, slowly massaging her shoulders. Then he quickly turned her around and laid a kiss on her, hard and fast. She was obviously taken aback by it, he moved away from her.
She stood in shock, glancing at Sertoff then at me.
“How did it feel?” Sertoff questioned.
“Like you better explain what’s going on in here!” she set her hand on her desk and steadied herself.
I grinned a grin of satisfaction, “See Sertoff, I was right.”
“Did you get all the breath knocked out of you, and your head went swimming in all different directions, your knees get weak?” I directed at her.
“I was defiantly not expecting it.” she grabbed a piece of paper on her desk and fanned herself.
“Well then, my work here is done.” I motioned up in the air and turned to walk out.
