Jamie quickly turned around to see something even larger than the strange creature he had just seen. It rose out of the water and sat on top of it, it’s tentacles reached out and grabbed a juniver.
The rest of the group began to swim viciously towards the threat. The ship was tossed slightly from the force.
The sound of thrashing water and high pitched hums filled the air for several minutes.
Then silence.
The water stilled down and revealed the stars above like a polished mirror.
“Who won.” Jamie questioned.
“Who did you want to win?” the port watch asked.
“The junivers.”
“Do you see the calm of the water? The silence? They have taken the menace to the bottom of the sea.” he assured.
